Overview

"GD39", "5G", "RUCKUS WIRELESS", "(C)2013 Ruckus Wireless Inc.", "FAB 100-11241-001 REV 2", "ASM 120-11242-"<001 sticker>"REV"<2 sticker>" is silkscreened on the back of the card in the FCC photos.

The module is shown with what is presumably a QCA AP135 dev board.

The board has a Mini PCIe slot, two USB ports, and what appears to be a Mini PCI slot.. It is using a QCA95xx WiSoC.

The power supply included with the AP135 board in the FCC photos is a Ruckus Wireless branded MPBS-12020000 / P/N: 740-64120-011 (100-240VAC ~ 50/60Hz, 0.65A -> 12VDC, 1.5A).
