Per the (highly informative) FCC datasheet, the BCM4326U includes..
- an 80MHz ARM7 core
- 384KB of on-chip SRAM
- 80KB of on-chip ROM
.. and the USB connector is a Molex 53261-0671 (6 pin, Right Angle, SMT).
