The FCC documents would indicate that this was meant to be used as an internal wireless module for some Xbox 360 models.
"WLU6150-D68 rev 4" and "08B1-17030MS(WLU6150-D68", "(RoHS)", "Rev4.0)" is silkscreened on the front of the module.
- "Atheros Communications (C) 2010" and "CUS126-250-01780-080" is silkscreened on the back of the module.
