"727095-004" is the model info on the MAC/Model label on the top side of the board.

In full, for this particular card, it reads "009027A9DAC6 29913 727095-00".

"PB 721502-005" (PB code [??]) and "MP 721503-005" (MP code [??]) is etched

onto the bottom of the board (along with some KALEX text).

There is no Intel logo anywhere on the card, however, the card
