Overview
This device is a combo 10/100 Ethernet and 56K Modem. Dongles (separate) are required for the usage of either connection mediums..
The 115d:0003(115d:1181) device is the Ethernet interface. The modem (serial) interface is provided by an additonal PCI device - 115d:0103(115d:1181).
A regulatory info box (KCC?) on the back of the card indicates certification on 11-20-1998.
