This module is Samsung P/N AK96-01284A. It is apparently used with some of their Blu-ray players.
"48DNUB01.SGD 2009/11/02" is silkscreened on the board in the FCC photos.
- "48DNUB01.0GA QPC 2009/11/17" may be marked on some production units.
The USB pinout is marked on the board by an unpopulated 4-pin header near the ribbon cable connector.
