This appears to be an access point for electric vehicle service equipment (EVSE, per the manual). The FCC test report describes the item as a Service Gateway.

"MR5100R3 70667970R4GB MADE IN CHINA" is silkscreened on the front of the board in the FCC photos. "WEC-P-570-4", a "G" in a box, and "A30C5/A30C5/A30C5" is silkscreened on the back of the board in the same photos.

This device may use a Kirkwood SoC.

The wireless chip is a 88W8787-BKB2.
