Overview
This device is presumably using an AR9344 or similar Atheros WiSoC.
"H86D21D1D200 VER.B" appears to be silkscreened on the board in the FCC photos.
The 5GHz radio appears to be using two Skyworks SE5003L (/ SiGe 5003L) 5GHz power amplifiers. The 2.4GHz radio appears to be using two Skyworks SE2565T (/ SiGe 2565T) 2.4GHz power amplifiers.
