There would seem to be multiple revisions of this device.
- "790BR102200Q" is silkscreened on the board in the FCC photos of FCC ID FDI-09101584-0 (revision 1?) - it's Quanta (QMI) manufactured
- "BCM5354-HPG-BA" is silkscreened on the board in the FCC photos of FCC ID FDI-09101588-0 (revision 2?)
The default IP is 192.168.1.1 is the IP address with the router switch on. The default IP is 192.168.11.100 is the IP address with the router switch off.
