Layer3 TV Set-Top Box

This looks like it may be an updated Layer3 TV Lite Box.

"VM3000C" is silkscreened on the board in the FCC photos.

This device is only certified for 5GHz Wi-Fi and Bluetooth so perhaps 2.4GHz

Wi-Fi Mini PCIe module will be left out of production devices.

5GHz antennas are connected to FEMs that appear to be wired directly to CPU?

A Barun BM-LBS803 bluetooth module is soldered to the board.
