bubba destroy (in progress)

Thank you for keeping this important resource alive, and updated! I've found this and wikidevi to be the most educational and important research in my battle against the machine.

This has been an ongoing battle, and in the name of holy science thanks again for keeping the source of information available.

Thank you Jim, Bo bubbadestroy

I found some relief by using the wiki as an anchor to sanity when I fact check the madness that is blackfriday Walmart routers. Some of the most powerful, affordable, pieces of hardware locked in with some of the most restrictive undocumented piece of shit firmware I have ever bothered to challenge.

Mother Dearest. Even when I was living overseas, she would call. She has spinning wheel. Spinning wheel. She does not sew. She doesn't play anything fun. She hates turning left. It could only mean one thing. spinning wheel of death (loading please wait)

In logical language, a spinning wheel for mother means the device shes using should have blue screened by now and fixed itself (by making the user figure out how to cold boot)

Because you know, what takes 15 minutes on a difficult admin to user troubleshooting ticket takes 15 years for an admins mother to explain.

Anyone who knows what I mean here has a certification they can not issue to anyone simply by reading material, paying for information, and or passing cert exams.

btw, spinning wheel ended up being a ram and paging file issue. and piles and piles of dust blocking airflow to the chassis vents and failing fans. smoking is bad. pets are bad, carpets are soft. solution? call the internet company and blame the first tech support who answers. send a technician. replace modem buy router from walmart

shit.

https://linustechtips.com/main/topic/1087343-what-are-the-best-routers/ Depending on how heavy your use case may be, you could get a Xiaomi Mi 3G (it's better than the Mi 4 series) router, or another option, that I really like, is to get a generic MT7621AT router from AliExpress (slightly more expensive) with M.2 slots instead of built-in WiFi, and populate both with 2 x Intel WiFi 6 AX200. In either case, you need to flash OpenWrt for proper utilization. Gneric MT7621AT Router
