SWX-SR71E redirects to PPD-AR5BXB92, which would imply this device is simply using the Atheros AR5BXB92 reference design

This particular Amazon review indicates that the card is not outputting anything higher than 10 dBm (10 mW) per port under normal circumstances with ath9k and Ubuntu 14.04.

They also refer to this post @ xiaopan.co, which noted a measured power of 155 mW (21.9 dBm) and a limit of 10 dBm if EEPROM-set channel/TX settings were tampered with.
