"613-181023R R02" is silkscreened on the board in the FCC photos. "48DNXA04.0GA" and "2010/03/17" is silkscreened on the wireless module (Wistron NeWeb manuf., aka Unex DNXA-97).

Possible 00:19:15 OUI (on the FCC sample label, possibly ethernet only) or 90:A4:DE (FCC manual, probably WLAN only)

Default credentials are from the FCC submitted manual. The manual specifies the default IP as 192.168.1.1 but shows an IP of 172.17.215.72 in the sample password prompt. The default SSID pattern may be IG7500_XXXXX.
