The S/N of this unit is HABTWR54GR054103088. The tag line on the label reads Multi-function 802.11g Wireless Router.

Mention on the DD-WRT forums

Oh, and for those interested, it was the Hawking HWR54G, which appears to be exactly the same on the inside as the Aztech WL730RT4.
A quick perusal for Aztech WL730RT4 board images yields a hit on the rtl8186 firmware project on SourceForge
The board is silkscreened with "M01-WR254-E10", indicating that the device is some variant of the AboCom WR254

FCC ID viewable via Hawking's support site (via archive.org) which indeed confirms the unit as a AboCom WR254

and also provides a sample OUI of 00:12:0E (AboCom)
Revision R will have a serial number starting with the following characters: HABTWR54GR...
