Overview

"OPHELIA-6050A2585301" and "-USBPLUGRT-AX1-001" (and some additional stuff)

is silkscreened on the board in the FCC photos.

This would appear to be the Dell Project Ophelia cloud access stick, previously touted at CES.

This device can be powered solely with the MHL (also HDMI) connector.. or via the (optional) Micro USB port (also w/ OTG capability).

Links of Interest

states the device was using RK3066 w/ 1 GB RAM and 8 GB Flash at the time, which appears to have been imputed from this C|Net post stating the use of a 1.6GHz (dual-core) Cortex-A9 processor
