The revision of this adapter is not specified on the device. It is not known if it is on printed on a label affixed to the box, either..

"M01-URET.-A30" is silkscreened on a production unit's board (S/N: UR03049702).

"M01-URE450R REV:X10" and a Plotech logo is silkscreened on the board in the FCC photos.

The FCC docs for the URE450T state this device was also sold by TRENDnet (TRENDware) as the TU-10T.
