Per the user manual, there are FR3002AL-1PCM and FR3002AL-2PCM models. Both include the card. It is not readily apparent what the difference was between units (if any).
This device has a 10Mbit port for the WAN and 2 10/100 ports for the switch. The FCC ID of the wireless module has been assigned to this device.
