OEM: Accton (Accton WA6101B)
- "P/N: 141310100000E REV.01" and "MADE IN TAIWAN" appears to be silkscreened on the Intersil wireless module in the FCC photos.
- "141540310003E R0A" appears to be silkscreened on the Atheros wireless module in the FCC photos.
