Overview

This is clearly a Winstars device. The appearance is extremely similar to the Monoprice 8070.

I would presume that this device uses a motley of Realtek chips. It may use a dual-MAC Realtek dual-band wireless chip.

Running in simultaneous dual-band mode limits both bands to single-stream mode (max 150Mbps) only.

As the SSIDs of Wireless(2.4G) and Wireless(5G) show up in multiple customer videos, they are presumed to be the default SSIDs. The SSID appears to be one singular setting, the same SSID will be used for both bands (with (2.4G) and (5G) automatically appended).
