"3988560 NG5 3001 REV 003" appears to be silkscrened on both sides of the board.

This FCC ID covers the entire Sensor4 series. See the FCC manual for details on individual models..

This particular unit is using two Atheros Mini PCIe modules and a bandspeed spectrum analyzer chip (AirMaestro BSP2500?) + what appears to be an Airoha RFIC.
