The shell in the FCC photos is marked with Broad Lanner Wave, which appears to be for the Planex BLW-04EX.

The FCC manual states the specifications for the device, which are below...

  • Output power: >+15dBm, Typically +17dBm
  • Recieve sensitivity (at 8% BER 1E-5)
    • -80dBm for 11Mbps
    • -83dBm for 5.5Mbps
    • -88dBm for 2Mbps
    • -90dBm for 1Mbps

"P/N:141330220000E REV:0A" and "MADE IN TAIWAN" is silkscreened on the wireless module.
