Datasheet
The Sitecom driver download installs netr28ux.sys on Windows which means it is Ralink chipset, probably RT2870/RT2850, RT3572, or RT5572. Driver version is 3.02.04.0000 (09/09/2011) which means it is the same driver on the Ralink web site for the USB(RT2870/RT2770/RT307X/RT2070 RT357X/RT3370/RT8070/RT537X) v3.2.4.0.
