The Realtek logo and "RTL8197D+RTL8367RB+RTL8192CE+RTL8812A_V230" is silkscreened on the board in the FCC photos.

The 5GHz radio is using two Skyworks (SiGe) SE5022T / 5022T 5GHz Power Amplifiers and two Skyworks SKY85601s (SKY85601-11?) SPDT Switch w/ LNA modules.
The board is shown with a full size Mini PCIe slot (but no screw posts) in the photos.

Default settings (including the SSIDs) are per the FCC manual. I guess they may be relevant for lazy manufacturers who just stick the Realtek SDK on the their devices and do almost nothing else..

The power adapter shown in the FCC photos is a Powertron PA1024-1HUB (100-240VAC ~ 50-60Hz, 0.6A -> 5VDC, 3.0A, 15W max. | efficiency level V).
