Per Huawei's specs, the device has 32MB Flash and 256MB DDR3 RAM
"H87D2TT1D200 VER.B" appears to be silkscreened on the board in the FCC photos.
The 5GHz radio is using 3x Skyworks ( / SiGe) SE5003L / 5003L 5GHz PA modules.
The AP5010DN-AGN model appears to be using the same board w/ integral antennas).
