- from KA2IR853A1 for the D-Link DIR-853 rev A1.
The CPU ID is obscured by a thermal pad in the FCC internal photos
- but it is likely a MediaTek MT7621AT.
"D9PTK" FBGA code on the RAM corresponds to the MT41K128M16JT-125:K
