"WMD-201A Rev.UA" is silkscreened on the wireless module.
This device was sold by Sprint as the PHS300S.
There are multiple revisions of this device. They may share the same FCC ID and basic hardware.
The default SSID for these devices appears to be PHS-xxx (xxx being the last three hex digits of the device MAC w/ lower case letters).
