The only known FCC ID for this device is under the Amtran grantee code, specifically, MDZAZW9271-240.. some modules may also be Lite-On manufactured (model WN4614A)
- Possible 05:90:00 or 00:19:DE OUI
- "CUS233", "250-02407-010", and "Atheros ©2012" is silkscreened on the device in the FCC photos. A label with "MAC: 00199DE3F8BE" is also affixed to the device in the FCC photos (VIZIO OUI).
