This is a Loopcomm device, the device uses the same hardware as the Amped Wireless SR600EX

"LPC0033 REV:2.2" is silkscreened on the board in the FCC photos.

Per the manual, the default SSID is Amped_Pro_AP. The default WPA key is wireless. OUI may be or include F8:7B:8C.
